Recently Astorians were given the opportunity to purchase the only remaining ferry that traversed the Columbia River, and this is exactly what we are going to do with your help.  The Tourist No. 2 has been through much in her 90+ years. She has changed and matured, seen other places and had some hard times.  The best part is that she is still a viable old gal and is ready to come home to Astoria.

Help us bring her home and put her back to work, providing excursions for residents, visitors, and cruise ship passengers in the summer, and operating throughout the year for special events on board, including cruises as weather permits.
  • Save the Date: 15th Annual PNW Brew Cup, Sept. 23-25

The Pacific Northwest Brew Cup is an annual beer festival held the last full weekend in September in beautiful Astoria, Oregon. The festival features northwest beers on tap Friday through Sunday, along with live music, food vendors, and activities for the kiddos. Admission is FREE. To taste beer you’ll need a souvenir mug ($9 each) and tokens ($1 each).

The event is 'brewed' by ADHDA and is the organization's largest fundraising event, with proceeds benefiting local downtown revitalization efforts.

Named “Best Beer Festival” by John Foyston of The Oregonian, January 2010.
